Anarchy Property has a vision to take the commercial world by storm. We aim to do this by providing a professional, friendly and approachable experience for everyone. 

We are committed to providing an exceptional service whether you are an investor looking at improving your own portfolio, you have a CMO that your don't have the time to manage or a new business owner looking for your perfect unit, we can cater to all your commercial needs.

Where did the idea of Anarchy Property come from? Well a mix of things really, I guess we can break it down and start with:

 Commercial management for Sales and Letting. Let's rewind, a few years back we ran an online retail business. We had plans to get a physical premises which started our hunt for the right unit. We quickly realised that there was a massive opportunity to improve the commercial market. Without going in to too much detail we were shocked at how the commercial world seemed to operate and we started discussing how it could be better.  At that point in our life we didn’t have the courage to pursue the challenge of implementing our ideas and we never did find that perfect retail unit, eventually we decided to close down our online business to pursue property properly.
Spring forward to today, we are now property investors ourselves and having done some research on different aspects of property, we have realised that nothing has really changed in the commercial space, our plan is to change that. 

Project Management for buy to lets, flips, SA and commercial units. This began with our first personal investment property, the property needed a full refurb, some of the rooms back to brick. During the refurb we had a series of unfortunate events, providing us an incredibly steep learning curve. Continuing to build our portfolio we purchased our next few investment properties quite a bit of distance away from where we are based. Due to the distance we decided to rely on other people to manage the projects for us, realising this is both a god send and a challenge. We found that we are perfectionists with high standards, that like to have an input and also that sometimes your views/taste don’t match others. Whilst we will continue to use project managers for properties that are too far from our location, we realised that we could certainly use our lessons to aid others.

View for you and inspections this spiralled from building our own portfolio. Due to many of the properties that we have purchased being quite a distance from us we have had to rely on other people and online material. The issue with this is sometimes you are relying on material that has been put together in the interest of trying to sell the property, their main goal is to sell the property for the best price and in an adequate time. That’s where we can step in if you are unable to attend a viewing yourself, we are there on your behalf, picking up on the finer details not depicted on the online listing/agents marketing material. We want to give you as much as detail as we can so that you can make informed decisions.

Our vision for the future is simple...... world domination..... seriously though, we want to up the standard in the commercial world. 

We have massive plans for the expansion of the services that we offer hoping to include lots more and also locations that we operate in.
