Meet the team

Jonathan has extensive experience in retail and sales where he has learnt valuable skills in regard to communication and patience. 

His interest in property has always been there in the background and he even done a short stint in an estate agency as the person in charge of a property when it is up for sale 

 However his passion was brought further forward after becoming a property investor for the first time, where he got a feel for project management & seeing the refurb come to life. 

After his own experience in looking for a commercial unit then researching the different aspects of property and attending some networking events he saw how interesting the world of property can be deciding to pursue it properly, noting that there was a gap in the commercial world for someone with a fresh vision. 

Jonathan has a keen interest for refurbs, project management, sourcing and al things to do with numbers and a spreadsheet.

P.s. he'll never turn down a coffee and a natter! 

Shaneen has always had an interest in property starting when she was young she would sit online looking at random properties and tearing the floor plans apart just for the sake of it

 (she still does that now). 

She spent a few years working in an estate agent as the person who would book in viewings, gather feedback from viewers and answer general enquires. 

As the story goes life took over and three children later she took a break from the property world but the passion never left. 

Becoming a property investor herself and going through a back to brick refurb only furthered her passion to continue in property.

Shaneen has keen interest in the creative side of property from the designing of refurbs, staging finished projects, and is in the process of learning photography.
